Offered for sale one of the best bay windows we have ever seen! This bus has undergone an enormous restoration that took thousands of labour hours over several years with no expense spared on parts or materials!
The van is the most desirable specification being Right Hand Drive with the sought after Walkthrough internal configuration allowing access from the front cabin to the rear without the need to exit the vehicle and also the elevating pop top roof that adds a tonne of headroom and improves the light also.
It is not often a bus of this condition and specification comes on the market. A restoration that has been thorough in every single department including the finishing which often gets overlooked at the end.
Fully stripped down to reveal all panels showing rust or even signs of rust. These panels and associated areas have been professionally replaced prior to the vehicle being prepared and painted in VW Mango Green. This is an all time favourite early colour scheme with the beautifully contrasting white fibreglass elevating pop top roof that has also been completely stripped down of every component and prepped and painted inside and out.
The engine is a 1970cc reconditioned unit with twin weber carburettors. All other mechanical items replaced / renewed wherever necessary. Empi quick shift gear change. Wolfrace alloys. Fire suppression system in engine bay.
The bus has had all new brakes including a replacement brake servo and stops incredibly well, similar to that of a modern T5.
Everything you look and see has been replaced or upgraded and work completed to the highest standard. The pop top canvas replaced is orange / white candy stripe featuring 3x opening vents with mosquito nets. There is also a door canopy / awning with poles that has been made to match and can fit onto the guttering of the van.
Custom fabricated steel rear roof rack support frame with eyelets to tie down luggage when travelling if additional space is required.

- Bespoke cabinetry throughout to include one main side facing unit, Bed skirting board and one rear facing buddy seat with storage underneath and a hinged flip up side table
- All units built in lightweight birch ply and veneered in oak to include recessed plinths that allow for ambient LED lighting to give the floating effect. The LED lighting is remote control with hundreds of different colour options to give a vast array of atmospheric settings suitable for any condition.
- Main cabinet to house flush mounted Waeco CRX50 fridge unit and matching surround frame. A good sized fridge with a small freezer compartment and the best camping fridge you will find on the market today by a long margin.
- MPS35 Adapter to allow the fridge to automatically transfer over to mains hookup when connected for further ease.
- 240v mains hookup fully tested to include 1x 13a socket in bed skirting board, consumer unit and fridge connection as per above.
- 12v leisure battery in engine bay complete with highest quality split charge relay kit to allow alternator to charge both batteries whilst engine is running.
- 12V USB socket in rear.

- Webasto Petrol Heater. Professionally installed and tapped into main fuel tank of vehicle to allow continuous use and controlled via one thermostatic control switch. Again, the best heater on the market by a renowned brand that works effortlessly to heat the space and take the chill off the air within a few minutes when cold. Protective bespoke painted steel surround shroud built and CO detector in rear for safety.

- Bespoke headliner made with original early style perforated off white vinyl and finished neatly with associated trim pieces throughout.
- Full width Rock n’ Roll Bed by Rusty Lee (The best beds on the market) acting as a three person forward facing seat that pulls down to make a large double bed.
- Bespoke table in black laminate to match kitchen worktop with detachable island setup and can be stowed behind bed frame conveniently when not in use. Recessed storage hatch in bed skirting board for island leg also.
- Full upholstery throughout in beige vinyl with green suede effect fluted inserts and piping blending beautifully with the exterior colour scheme.
