Hawk COBRA 289, 2017.  4500 miles.  Spectacular example having been extremely well built with attention to detail.  All parts supplied by Gerry Hawkridge of Hawk Cars in Kent.   Hawk Cobras are arguable the best interpretation of the Cobra replicas, with parts that are virtually identical to the original Le Mans Cobras from the Sixties.  Hawk Cars frequently race at historic meetings such as the Goodwood Revival.  David and Olivier Hart won the 2018 Goodwood TT in a Hawk Car.  Many Hawk cars components are used on original Cobras.  The film Le Man ’66 ( Ford v Ferrari in the USA) is due for general release on Friday 15th November.  We sold a genuine AC Cobra recently and this Hawk is virtually identical in shape compared with most Cobra replicas.   This is an exquisite example in Titan Grey (Bentley colour – Code 6738).  Fabulous modified Rover V8 with 9.75:1 pistons.  Upgraded rings and shells.  Viper cam.  Heavy duty pushrods.  Ported heads.  Headman headers.  Mallory distributor. Edelbrock Performance inlet manifold.  Holley Carburettor etc.  Rolling Road printout.  Polished aluminium lined engine bay.  Stainless steel exhaust system.  Powder coated heavy duty Hawk chassis.  5 speed gearbox.  Comes fully MOT’d and serviced.  Cherished Number 289 HWK not included in price, but is available to purchase if required.   Includes a copy of COBRA The First 40 Years signed by Gerry Hawkridge and the author.  Fabulous car.
