Lotus Elan+2S, 1970. Ice blue metallic with original black interior. Engine removed in 2017 and stripped with new gaskets fitted, rebuilding of cylinder head with new exhaust and inlet valves along with new valve guides. New water pump and timing chain. New alloy radiator, new clutch etc. Rebuilt carbs. Over £5,000 spent in 2017 to make this a sweet running machine. Brakes and suspension rebuilt in 2016. Recent starter motor and alternator. New exhaust manifold and complete stainless steel exhaust system. 1970’s Wolfrace Alloys ( as my brother’s Plus Two was in 1973 ) which can be swapped for original type steel wheels or the later Plus Two alloys if desired. Sliding fabric sunroof as would have been fitted when new by the dealership. Well weathered original dashboard which we can replace with a new one if required. Extensive history file going back over 30 years. A great car to drive and stunning in this attractive colour.
