Lotus Esprit Turbo, 1984. Superb example in Calypso Red with full gold leather interior and factory air-conditioning. Having spent most of its recent life in the South of France, hence the superb condition throughout. Engine rebuilt in 2014 and parts supplied by Lotus specialists SJ Sportscars, renowned for their Lotus Esprit restorations. At the same time new adjustable suspension was fitted plus new bushing front and rear, which makes the car handle extremely well with typical Lotus finesse. Superb history file going back to the Eighties to support the low mileage of 61k ( an average of less than 2k miles per annum). Very low ownership showing just three registered owners from new over the 35 years. Certificate of Provenance from Lotus archives along with a letter from the Lotus Archivist showing the authenticity of this fine example. Silky smooth 5 Speed gearbox, all original equipment including BBS alloys wheels. A truly formidable Lotus in every respect. Fully serviced and MOT’d.
