Porsche 911 Targa 2.7, 1976.  L.H.D.   Fully repainted and re-trimmed to exacting standards.

Porsche 911 Targa 2.7, 1976.  L.H.D.   Fully repainted and re-trimmed to exacting standards.   Matching numbers naturally aspirated 2.7 litre air-cooled flat-six engine with Bosch K-Jetronic CIS fuel injection, producing around 175bhp of smooth power and mated to the 5-Speed “Type-915” manual transmission.
This Tangerine Targa was originally delivered to Italy in 1976.  It was imported to the U.K. and registered with the DVLA in September 2015.  Registered as an Historic Vehicle with correct style number plates.  Period rubber bumper inserts and side strips and a brushed aluminium Targa roll bar over a black interior.
It rides on a set of 15 inch Fuchs alloy wheels finished in black with anodised and polished “petal” spokes and rims, shod in Bridgestone Turanza tyres.
Specification includes push-out front quaterlight windows, heated rear screen, heater and ventilation controls and a Becker radio cassette player. The Targa is fitted with a three-spoke leather-rimmed steering wheel.  Comes with the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity.
In summary this Porsche 911S 2.7 Targa is a matching-numbers example of the desirable air-cooled sports car and noted to have benefitted from an earlier repaint and re-trim.  It is very good overall condition in this vibrant Tangerine Orange colour. Drives extremely well with sensible upgrades on suspension and exhaust, battery cut-off and isolation switches.  Tool roll with spares and extra set of keys.   £1,700 recently spent to replace the fuel tank, crankshaft and intermediate shaft seals and cover gasket with the invoices in the history file.   Delivery worldwide can be arranged.
